Quality objectives:
1. Come to contract performance rate of 100%;
2. Come to more than 90% of customer satisfaction and increase by 1% per year within the next three years;
3. Come to products manufactured pass rate of 100%.
In order to ensure the implementation of the above quality policy and quality objectives, Finchos has won the the ISO9001 quality management system certification, developed a comprehensive quality management system, and set up the Quality Management Division to ensure the appropriateness, sufficiency and effectiveness of the quality system.
